The task
Dealers need up-to-date product information, images, videos and documents. They should find everything in one place, in their own language and only with authorisation. The manufacturer wants to maintain content and legal texts itself and be able to prove who agreed to which terms.
The solution
A private portal with a media centre for the dealers and a dedicated CMS for the manufacturer’s team. We developed it and we run it.
- Media centre: products by category, with images, videos and PDFs
- Downloads one by one or in bulk, with thumbnails for PDFs
- Access by invitation only, two-factor login
- Versioned terms and conditions with verifiable consent, in every language
- Copyright notice before download, deletion requests under GDPR
- CMS for products, categories, legal texts and users
