Project Management Trainee (m/f/d)
Finished your degree and keen to move into project management? Our trainee programme takes you through projects in AI, software and infrastructure from start to finish, guided by an experienced project lead.

What you will learn
- You get to know all three areas: AI, software and infrastructure, each through live client projects.
- You follow projects from the intro call to go-live and take on tasks of your own, step by step.
- You facilitate planning sessions, reviews and retrospectives with our teams in Berlin and Kyiv.
- You write requirements so that the client and the developers understand the same thing.
- To round off, you steer your first project of your own, with the project lead backing you up.
Your profile
- A completed degree, e.g. in business informatics or media management, or comparable training
- First practical experience, ideally from an internship or a student job; project experience is not a must
- An interest in software, cloud and AI, without coding yourself
- A structured, reliable way of working and a liking for client contact
- Very good German and good English
